Verónica Piñero (Arona, Tenerife, 1987) is a photographer and educator. She has advanced training in Visual Arts and Photography and holds a degree in Pedagogy from the University of La Laguna. Her work has been shown in spaces such as Fotonoviembre and Galería Valverde (Madrid). In her practice, she is interested in spaces as narrative witnesses and explores the potential of images, objects, and writing as tools for generating visual dialogues.

In 2025, she self-published the zine Me fui en pedazos, focused on listening as a form of relationship and communication. Later that year, she undertook an artistic residency at La Reposera, where she collaboratively developed a project on the permanence of walls in the Canary Islands and the anthropology of stone. She is currently working on a collective publication.
