SOCO
SOCO
SOCO is a young architecture studio founded in 2026 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria by Iñaki Pérez Anzola and Pablo Delgado Núñez, both architects trained at ETSAM, with academic stays at the Technische Universität München (TUM) and the School of Architecture of Wales (SAW). After collaborating with internationally renowned practices such as Nieto y Sobejano and Burgos & Garrido, they returned to the Canary Islands to develop their own projects while combining professional work with academic research.
Their work is guided by a balance between aesthetics and pragmatism, as well as sustainability and economic efficiency. Each commission is approached from its specific context, resulting in diverse solutions articulated through a shared architectural language. The studio works across housing, public facilities, urban planning and scenography, and regularly participates in local and international competitions. Their work has received international recognition through Europan and the Driehaus Prize, and has been presented at the XVI Spanish Architecture and Urbanism Biennial and the Oslo Architecture Triennale (2022).
