Roy Galán (Santiago de Compostela, Spain, 1980) is a writer. He moved to Tenerife when he was just a few months old and has lived in the Canary Islands ever since, where he is currently based. He holds a degree in Law from the University of La Laguna and is currently studying for a degree in Philosophy.

He has published several young adult books and has contributed to collaborative volumes, as well as works released by publishers such as Penguin Random House. Alongside his editorial work, he develops cultural and gender-focused analysis through his social media, addressing contemporary issues from a critical and accessible perspective and extending his work beyond the publishing field.
