Rigoberto Camacho Pérez (Teguise, Lanzarote, 1985) is an artist who works between Lanzarote and Madrid. He holds a degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s in Research from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), where he has been teaching Sculpture since 2017 while completing his doctoral studies.
His career has been recognized through various grants and artist residencies, including the First Prize for Sculpture in Ayllón, residencies at La Neomudéjar, and production grants from the Government of the Canary Islands. He has participated in international art fairs such as JustMad, Just LX (Lisbon), and MARTE, as well as exhibitions in Shanghai and Colombia. His work includes public sculptures in Lanzarote, such as La Levantada, and is held in institutional collections including the European Museum of Modern Art (MEAM) in Barcelona and the Museum of the Spanish Sports Federation.
