Patricia Santana (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria, 1999) is a visual artist. She holds a degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development from the ULPGC and a degree in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. In 2021, she expanded her training with a year-long program at the Escola Superior de Media Artes e Design (ESMAD) in Porto.
Her work is primarily developed through painting, exploring different ways of representing an intimate relationship with landscape, visual memory, and the elements that shape insular identity. Formally, her practice is characterized by a strong use of color and a pictorial language that moves between figuration and abstraction, inviting a material and sensory perception of the image. She was recently awarded the Premi Art i Creativitat Jove 2025 by the City Council of Valencia and has exhibited at the Centro Atlántico de Arte Moderno (CAAM), the Sala de Arte Contemporáneo (SAC) in Tenerife, and the ULPGC Art Gallery.
