Óscar Liam Torres Rogan (Las Galletas, Tenerife, 1995) is a writer. He was born and lives in the deep south of the island of Tenerife. In 2018, he graduated in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid. He returned because he couldn’t understand the world so far from home.

In recent years, he has found himself writing from a bar. Las Galletas is his first novel and also his neighbourhood. One of his stories is included in the anthology Te pondrán flores en el estómago. Nuevos flujos de literatura canaria (Ediciones La Palma, 2024).
