Marta Mariño Casillas (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria, 1954) is a painter and visual artist. She comes from a family of artists spanning several generations. Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts of Sant Jordi in Barcelona, she is considered one of the leading painters in the Canary Islands, with a long and substantial career.

Throughout her practice she has worked with a wide range of visual languages and supports, from expressionism to figurative realism and dreamlike imagery. She has expanded painting into sculptural pieces, objects and works created on recycled surfaces such as wooden pallets, often using mixed media. Her work is held in public and private collections internationally, as well as in local museums such as CAAM and TEA. She has also taught painting workshops and received the First International Painting Prize Ciudad de Las Palmas, among other distinctions.
