Jorge Díaz Rodríguez (San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife, 1985) is an architect, graduated with honours from the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona. He completed part of his training at the Instituto Superior Técnico of Lisbon and later earned a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (MBLandArch) from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. His professional career has developed through architectural studios in Barcelona, Lisbon, Paris, Rennes, and Tenerife. He has served as Cultural Coordinator of the College of Architects of Tenerife, La Gomera and El Hierro, and was a member of its Board between 2023 and 2025.

Since 2019, he has directed Jorge Díaz Studio, operating between Paris and the Canary Islands, working across architecture, landscape, and urbanism. His projects include the extension of the Municipal Theatre of Icod de los Vinos, the renovation of the Palmetum Botanical Garden, the municipal crematorium of Hermigua, and the rehabilitation of the Castle of San Andrés and its surrounding area.
