Jezabel Maldonado De la Rosa (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife, 1983) is a ceramic artist. Her connection with ceramics stems from a deep impulse to engage with the world through touch.

Originally trained in healthcare, she began working with clay about ten years ago while living in Barcelona, as a personal pursuit that soon became a vital need and a form of expression. The studio became a space where time stood still and her mind found calm, away from the rhythm and demands of the hospital. From that meeting between matter, body, and emotion emerged her relationship with ceramics. She currently works from her studio, Casa Tornar, in Bajamar.
