Alemán Flores
Domingo Alemán Flores (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria, 1960) is a musician and producer. He began his career in 1991 playing with the band Vacarrudas, where he gained his first experience performing live. In 1994 he was a founding member of the group Soviet Love, with whom he released several albums, including two on the Subterfuge label, and performed at landmark venues and festivals such as Sala Maravillas and Festimad.
In 1995 he founded the record label Ruin Records, which he ran for twenty years and which became a key platform for the underground music scene in the Canary Islands. He has released music under various pseudonyms, including Ruin Man, Estarqui, Dom and Sunday German Flowers, the latter two projects still active as of 2026. His music moves between alternative rock, electronic music and cinematic soundscapes.
