Dani Millán (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife, 1992) is a director and photographer. He studied Filmmaking at ECIB, where he also specialized in Cinematography. He began his career in 2007 as a skate filmer and has since worked with companies such as Enjoi, Converse, DC Shoes, RVCA and Vans, maintaining a long-standing connection with the skate industry.
In 2015 he directed his first feature documentary, Maresía, which marked the beginning of a trajectory that blends documentary and commercial work, alternating brand commissions with personal projects. He has published the photobook One Hundred and Five Photographs, drawn from his analogue archive captured in more than twenty countries. He is also a cofounder of the collective Hisla, and among his most recent work is the documentary film Piko & Pala (2024), which has received several international awards and is available on Filmin.
