Alicia Sánchez González (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria, 1996) also known as Madkatala, is a multidisciplinary designer trained in fashion design. With a versatile background that spans different creative fields and resists easy categorization, she has worked mainly across graphic and editorial design, illustration, and jewelry.

She is currently a designer at the Institute for Postnatural Studies, while also developing personal projects that bring together her various creative interests, including music and illustration. She sees design and art as tools to communicate abstract or complex ideas in ways that are both accessible and visually engaging. Her work is guided by a deep curiosity for the human, the social, and the territorial, approaching design as an ongoing space for experimentation and learning.
