Alberto González Pulido (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria, 1988) is a lawyer and consultant specialising in intellectual property and commercial law, with a strong focus on the cultural sector and the protection of artists’ rights. His work sits at the intersection of culture, law and technological innovation, with particular attention to the ethical and legal challenges posed by artificial intelligence, freedom of expression and emerging models of cultural production.

He advises cultural projects, institutions, and international organizations, and contributes to the development of public policies on AI and culture at a European level. He is COO and Director of the IAN GEN CULTURA group at ODISEIA, Team Leader of the AI Policy Clinic at the Center for AI and Digital Policy at CAIDP, and a board member of the Asociación Islas Canarias de Artistas Visuales (AICAV). He combines his professional work with academic research.
