Alba Tavío (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife, 1992) is a writer and art historian specializing in art theory and cultural management. Her professional practice spans areas such as performing arts criticism, research in live arts, museology, art education, and cultural mediation. She is the author of La piel (Algani Editorial, 2021), published in the poetry series Caserón de la Infamia, and Te miro como miran los gatos (cerrando los ojos) (Fundación Mapfre Canarias, 2024).

She has also contributed to the anthology Te pondrán flores en el estómago. Nuevos flujos de literatura canaria (Ediciones La Palma, 2024), and in 2025 she publishes La carne no ejerce resistencia (Ediciones La Palma, 2025). She currently takes part in the art and culture podcast Néctar, produced by the collective Theculturalmag.
